The space is 610 sqft. with large windows and street level entry. One large room with a King size bed, has two large french doors that separate the space, or if left ajar, help create a more open airy living space. Note that while the space is street level entry, and very bright and well appointed, it IS a basement therefor you can hear some foot traffic(Mostly my children.) But the sound insulation is quite robust. It is very quiet after 8pm, but they are 6 and 8 yo. girls and they are rambunctious. so please understand that before renting. Month to Month with utilities included. Would consider 6 Month or 12 month lease but utility terms would be negotiated in lease. $40 fee for back ground check. (You pay to them, not me.)
