Backyard is still in need of renovations but will always be a shared space too. Bdrm that is for rent has a large window to the backyard. Pets are allowed but there will be a fee for that. Electricity is a fixed rate of $270 per month. You'll be paying 1/3 of it. Water will be $30 a month Wi-Fi will be $40 a month
