The entry-level flooring is tile and hardwood, with an upstairs bonus room that has a bath and closet. This house has a laundry room inside. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, disposal, double ovens, and a microwave. Payments will need to be direct deposit due on the 1st of each month. If necessary we can prorate the 1st month to accommodate the move-in date. Pets on a case-to-case basis, need approval by the Owner. This is a single family home, and "sublet/sublease" is not an option for the Tennant. We will do a background check as well as a Credit check before approval. No smoking on the property, there is plenty of parking, 3 car garage, nice driveway, but only automobiles that are road ready to drive as well as licensed. There is a $500.00 fee in addition to the Security deposit, for the McMullen Cove HOA admin. Lawn maintenance is taken care of by Tenant, I can provide a list of vendors should you need it. The lease on this property is for 1 year and will be evaluated in the 10th month by the Tenant and Owner. Everything in the home works, and I require a written email for repairs, as well as when anything quits working or is broken.
