The bedrooms are wood planks, Bathroom and Kitchen has new vinyl floors and the living room solid wood. Bathroom has a new shower and toilet and the kitchen my be tight but all new cabinets and counter tops. Looking for a nice family with a good credit score 650 or over. This house is available now so please don't call if your looking to rent in July. As for pets there in no fenced yard. So i am not apposed of A cat or A very small dog.
