This wonderful condo has been our weekend home for over 15 years! Our family got older (and more gray), thus we purchased a townhouse in the same community because its and its residents are the best on the hill! The 2 bedrooms, huge loft and 2 full bathrooms worked great for our family and the plentiful guests we entertained. After a short walk from the parking area big enough to handle the busiest weekends , the grandeur of the high ceilings and spacious great room immediately put you in vacation mode. Most appliances have been updated as well as a new hot water tank. Yes, it has the original over and under washer and dryer but they work great! The retro wall AC unit in the master bedroom actually does a good job cooling down the first floor. Yet, air conditioning is rarely needed. There's hooks for all your ski wear as well as plenty of storage. The private, tree lined rear deck has hosted some great parties with plenty of room for seating and grilling. Swiss Mountain is a great community with a newer pool, the best kept grounds and the second best shuttle service in the resort. Buy this, grab your towel and take a short walk to the pool. Summer time is the best kept secret at the Springs.
