A pet is allowed with an additional $250 refundable deposit. Our regular deposit is fully refundable except for a $25 lock recode fee on move out. Smoking is allowed outside only. We have onsite parking for one car and the washers and dryers in our laundry room are not metered (free!). An appointment is necessary to view this apartment.
