It is in a VERY WOODED area with amazing green space and a very long tow path along a canal. It's a one bed/bath open concept apartment with huge living room, large bedroom and lots of storage. It has a private patio and the neighborhood is so quiet. I have even see dear roaming through almost several times a week. The rent is $625 but for you it would be $575. They are very pet friendly and their maintenance staff is excellent. Subletter gets to keep my $625 deposit. Please call or text me if interested. The apartment complex is called Woodside Terrace.
