It's a fixer upper but you could live in it while you're doing it... To buy this trailer you must be approved in little Manatee bedrock community trailer park... And 55 or older as the main buyer the second person could be 45.. dogs and cats are allowed.. this has a large yard that's on the outer Street here so you have a nobody behind you very very big.. I have a trailer in the park I'm fixing this one up.. if I do the work I'm going to sell it for a lot more if someone else does it don't be in good shape..
