We have a 1993 Carrollton that we are looking to sell as is in upper Tamarac, it's in great shape just got the outside painted and roof reprimed and enameled as well as having the new tar put around all piping comming out of roof to ensure no leaks for future owner. We also had the exterior side of window resealed. We were working on fixing up the interior, removing carpet and floating floor and installing new. Fixing drywall seams and painting and new cabinets. However work is moving us and I'm not home enough to get the work done. Bathroom is nearly finished just needs trim, new toilet and vanity installed as well as floor last year as well as a walk in tiled shower.
