Monthly Rent: $1700 Deposit (Refundable): $400 Deposit due at lease signing: $400 Utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric and internet) covered by Owners. First month's rent due day that lease begins: $1700 Security Deposit to be returned within 30 days from end of lease term less any cleaning and repair work needed. Renters agree to pay rent on time each month typically the 1st. Late fee is $200. Renters agree to care for the house and property. This includes not damaging the house in any way.
