So many changes to this home since 2007: energy efficient windows, heat/air, roof, salt water pool, extensive landscaping front and back, wall removed from old style floor plan to create one large open room, hard wood flooring added, beautiful tile added, crown molding, recessed lighting, fireplace completely changed to a more modern looking creation, sliding door to back yard changed to French doors and front/back covered porch/patio added and they both look like they have been there from Day 1. I probably missed something so you'll just need to make an appointment and see all of the beautiful work in person. I doubt you will be disappointed. The master had been done by the previous owners but might need some minor tweaking and the current owners made no changes to the guest or half bath.
