The first floor has a huge master bedroom with King bed and Queen size sleeper sofa. The master en-suite bathroom is built for two with double shower heads, hand helds, bench and vanity sinks. The suite's sliding glass door leads directly to the deck for views that can be enjoyed from the comforts of your room or outdoors. The kitchen contains everything you need to make delicious meals with multiple spices, cooking utensils, and space to entertain. 4 countertop swivel chairs at the large kitchen peninsula and a cozy circular dinette four seater table provide beautiful ocean views through the sliding glass doors located in the kitchen. Also on the first floor is the main living room with plenty of seating on the large sectional sofa and swivel chairs to enjoy panoramic views of the ocean through the grand three panel sliding windows. There is room for everyone to snuggle around the fireplace, play a tune on the hand painted piano, play games, watch TV, or take in the sunrise over the ocean. Throw blankets and beach towels as well as other cozy items adorn the living room for guests' comfort and use. The stairs lead to a secondary master suite which has its own spacious walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and king bed. Also upstairs is an additional living space with a futon sofa, TV, arcade game and other amenities. This upstairs space can be closed off for privacy by closing an interior door or by leaving the door open it remains joined with the rest of the house. The second story is accessible by using the interior stairwell or by using the exterior stairs on the deck to reach a secondary exterior entrance/exit door. The upstairs contains a three single bed room with a beautiful triple window that gives a fantastic view of the ocean. It is also home to the fourth, and arguably most favorited room of the house, the "rattan room", cozy and cool with beautiful ocean views.
