Massive Florida room 68' long w/5 sets of triple sliders leading to larger lanai 100' long & 20' wide. Infinity edge pool w/automatic refill system. Lanai features 2 tier waterfall fountain w/11 statues & paved deck. 130' of seawall also done in pavers. The dining room has tray ceiling w/mood lighting & a chandelier on elec. winch to clean. Transom windows in bedrooms & laundry make the home bright/airy. Over-sized utility rm. can double as an office. In-wall Pest system. Intercom/surround in every room inc. Florida room & garage & so much more. 1 bridge to spreader canal. 350 sq. ft. dock with canopy and 13.5K lift and synthetic decking in 2013 and 2014. The exterior of the house was painted white with blue trim in 2020, including the Florida room and library painted in white.
