Parking is very easy as you will have your own 2-car carport for your vehicle(s). The owner does not live on-site but is very close and a resident of Lake Havasu. Landlord pays for weekly pool cleaning and monthly landscaping, including cleaning of the common areas. This is an amazing opportunity for summer.
