One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. This is a basement apartment. Our family of four, including a 2 yr old and 3 yr old live above. There is noise transfer from the kids running around and from us living upstairs. There is no stove. There is a hot plate (two burners), microwave, toaster and countertop oven/airfryer. Fully furnished. All utilities and internet included.
