You must be able to climb stairs. Room is located at the bottom of a mountain with mountain views, deer, owls, birds and if your lucky you will see a bear or a mountain. Extremely safe neighborhood, w/o city noise and you will sleep like an angel on the Mountain. Previous tenants have stayed over five years. You must have a full time job or if you go to school parent must fill out the application. Requesting two pay check stubs from your work. Month to month tenancy , would prefer a year lease.
