This Tiny house overlooks the Verde River and might work for a single or couple ready to rough it, it's just like camping..... the property is accessed via a gated private easement and there is an onsite caretaker....For the first month i am offering a cleaning discount of $200 for flood cleanup of silt and mud from the two structures attached to the tiny house....so entry costs will be approx. $400. Amenities include, electricity, AC, trash service, separate kitchen and toilet area, picnic table, BBQ grill and optional woodstove. (at this time no water is available, and renters must commit to disposing of all animal and human solid waste in a responsible way off property....in other words clean camping protocols are in place....no dumping). The river is what this rental is all about so applicants will need to have respect for all the critters that call this riparian habitat home, river otter, beaver, eagle, hawk and migratory birds of all kinds must be protected....no hunting. The Verde River runs thru this property and it has the deepest fishing hole for 1/2 mile in either direction, two canoes, a firepit and a birdwatching platform are at your disposal. I consider this riverfront a therapeutic sacred space which will require potential renters have positive energy, responsibility and respect.......absolute honesty is a prerequisite. Renters must agree to have no guests on the property without prior authorization, the caretaker is not allowed guests either and i show up a couple of times per week to have a campfire, watch the sunrise and be gone so this is a very private riverfront despite being located in a neighborhood with easy freeway access, not far from Cliff Castle Casino. This opportunity might work best for folks in need of a transitional secure camping space while searching for more permanent housing in the area or people interested in making a difference, the focus is on preservation of this riverfront for future generations and rent discounts will be based on property improvement and cleanup so whining about the messy parts is just dumb. rent will be approx. $400 to $600 per month depending upon family size, amenities and agreed upon work exchange discounts......thank you, be safe and peace please..... $200 cleaning discount for the first month
