The unit is relatively large for one bedroom apartments in this neighborhood, with an accurately measured 570 square feet of space. It features energy efficient double pane windows and plenty of closet space. Other than the double pane windows there are no significant upgrades, although everything is very well maintained. Reserved, off street parking is INCLUDED in the rent. Water, sewer and garbage utilities are a flat $50 per month per person. There are coin-op laundry facilities and additional storage spaces on the premises. Both the building and the neighborhood are very quiet. The rent is $1500.00 a month, water, sewer, garbage and recycling utilities are $50 per person. The damage deposit is $800. We do not collect the last month's rent up front. The apartment will be available June 7, possibly sooner but we would need to discuss an earlier move-in. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. However we also do not charge for application submittal or our initial phase of screening. A credit check fee of $25 per person is requested only after all non-credit related screening indicates that the applicant qualifies for the tenancy providing the credit screening criteria found at the link below are met. There is no smoking in the building or on the property. Renter's insurance with a minimum of $30,000 liability coverage and subsequent annual verification is required.
