With a large, fenced in yard and patio our home is one mile from Summit High School, COCC campus, Shevlin Park and the restaurants in NorthWest Crossing. You have immediate access to the national forest with all of its single track mountain bike trails and hiking. A great home in an incredible neighborhood. Before discussing lease terms I would like to say that our previous tenant lived in this home for almost six years as his children attended Pacific Crest Middle school and Summit High school. My wife and I were happy to extend their lease during this period. With this said, the term of our lease with a new tenant will be 11.5 months for the first year. This allows us to terminate the lease (per Oregon landlord/tenant law) if there are problems during the first year. If the tenant enjoys the residence and all parties have a mutually respectful relationship then there will be no resistance in extending the lease if this is what the tenant desires. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. This is a non-smoking rental. If you have a dog please talk with us. My wife and I are dog people and we always wish to accommodate others who have a dog. Nevertheless, we do not want a dog in the house that is too young, aggressive or destructive. We will have a dog addendum within our lease and will require a fully refundable dog deposit that can cover potential problems if they occur.
