There is a new (2015) Yamaha baby grand piano in the living room. The upper floor has a master suite (walk-in closet, bathroom with soaker tub and shower), two bedrooms, a bonus room / playroom, utility room with washer dryer, and an additional bathroom. The fenced backyard has a deck, a small garden, plus a swingset and trampoline for kids. We are walking distance from downtown Fremont as well as downtown Queen Anne. We are several blocks from Seattle Pacific University, and an easy commute via the Burke-Gilman Trail to the University of Washington. We have two bunnies in hutches in the garage, which we would be pleased for you to look after for us (in exchange for a break on the rent). If that doesn't work for you, we can find somewhere else to move them. The house is available April 1 through the beginning of August, 2017. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Minimum three months, maximum four months. House is available April 1, 2017, through early August.
