I have two rooms available for rent in a four bedroom rambler located in Federal way close to military road and 288th street neighborhood. The house comes with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, bathroom will be shared. No smoking or drugs, no parties, nor girl friend or boyfriend sleepovers and no pets are allowed. Utilities are not included in the rent but will be split so each tenant pays an equal amount to cover the bill. We will run background check (costs $45-non refundable) and should have proof of income. A $400 security deposit plus first and last. The room measures 12 X 12 feet and a min of a 6 month lease. 30 days notice is requested prior to moving out. Room is available to rent now. No smoking allowed in or around the property. Proof of employment will be required as well as first and last month plus security deposit.
