The property is over a quarter acre and is on a peaceful creek with a large back yard. There is a pool with big outdoor patio, a raised garden bed, grill, and a smoker. Super friendly neighbors, very safe neighborhood, close to great schools, shopping, groceries, post office. There is a brand new park and walking path just built down the street by Haggard Elementary. All of the amazing Plano recreational centers are close by ($19/mo gym membership). The room available is a private 2 story lofted 1/1 unit within the 3/3 house. It has it's own private entrance so it feels like it's own separate private unit. The other rooms in the house are on the opposite side and upstairs, with a large living room in between this unit so there is a lot of privacy. Available December 21, 2025 until May 31. $1300 rent plus utilities. 1 months rent security deposit. The room is furnished but I can unfurnish it for the right tenant. The two current tenants are females in their 30s who are friendly, professional doctoral students at UTD. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, garage, and parking. Seeking a responsible, like-minded young professional with no pets and no additional occupants. Laundry machines included. Plenty of parking in the driveway and street.
