Renter will be responsible for all utilities including water, gas, and electric. Trash pick-up will also need to be coordinated. An HOA fee will be added to each months rent to allow access to amenities or can be paid upfront in full when first months rent is collected. Key cards will be provided to access the common area including both swimming pools. A deposit of first months rent will be required at time of signing. Walkthroughs will be coordinated by our property handyman four times a year to ensure upkeep of the house and repairs are addressed as needed. Renter will be responsible in keeping up with the yard and landscaping. Renter will be required to hold renter's insurance.
