I have a 2 bedroom apartment(812 sq ft, managed by McKinley) located on Stone School. It is available starting 05/01/2015 (can be a little earlier if needed) and current lease ends on 07/05/2015 with the ability to renew. I graduated from U of M and am currently working in Ann Arbor area. However, I will need to leave Michigan for work on 05/01/2015. My current rent is $940, and the final bill comes to around $980 a month with misc stuff such as water and garbage collection. We will work out the price difference in details. There is a $300 security deposit that will be returned to the lease holder at the end of the lease. The location is great for both students (bus stop right outside the complex) and professionals(near I-94). In general, apartments in this area go out very quickly and I got the last unit when I walked in the leasing office last summer. There are plenty of parking places outside the building, and you do not need a permit to park(your friends are welcome to park anywhere). The laundry is done in the building, and there are 2 washers and 2 driers for 12 apartments, which is plenty. The photos were taken last summer when I first moved in with rooms empty. Personally, I like this place because it is really quiet at night and neighbors are mostly young professionals and friendly. It is also located in a very safe neighborhood with a Jewish Community Center. In addition, McKinley does a pretty good job managing the place: if something does not work, they fix it right away usually the same day. It is pet friendly to both cats and dogs.
