The homes in this neighborhood are well maintained and the lawns all look very nice in the spring, summer and fall. There are tons of wild birds in the area and they love to sing which makes sitting on your deck very nice in the morning and late afternoon. Traffic is minimal and crime in a non-issue here. You will see lots of people walking, running and riding bikes at almost anytime of the day and children play in the area without any concerns. This is a really great place to live!
