2001 Mansion By Mansion. Roughly 55 feet by 26 feet. Well maintained. Its Currently in Country Meadows it can stay or be moved once it's paid in full to the bank. Since 2015 here is everything that has been done to the house, New Roof, New Siding, New A/c, New carpet (shampooed monthly), New vinyl flooring in 1 bathroom and kitchen/dining room, Fresh Paint through out the whole house, New Hot water heater. For being a manufactured home it stays nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. our DTE bill is no more the $150 and thats with 4 people living in it. Where it sits there is no cracking from settling or shifting with climate change outside. the lot it sits on is a decent size if you were to leave it there, has 2 trees in the front yard also. Quite community never hear or see anything going on. Took a new job 2 hours from home so i need to get rid of this so i can move closer to work.
