Hello! I am subletting my beloved apartment from ~May 24 - Sept 7 (june 1 start okay, and could extend beyond sept 7). I'm looking for a single occupant (strong preference for female) who is clean, removes shoes in the house, and is respectful of the furniture/my belongings and my neighbors. This unit is part of triplex, which is one building within a three building "compound." The landlord lives in one of the other buildings. There are around 10 of us in total; we are all cordial and share the backyard. It's a great place to live -- quiet and a 5 minute walk from Berkeley Bowl. Most of us have lived here for a long time. Laundry is in the backyard, and usually available. It's coin wash for the washer, dryer is free. Fridge, stove, and microwave are new, the desk is a standing desk. Street parking is generally available and requires a permit (annual permit fee is $66, I believe). On top of rent, internet costs about $75/month; gas + electric will probably be around $50-75/month.
