It's a 2/2 condo in a nice, well-maintained and gated community. It is a quiet upstairs unit. I have not disclosed the unit number here so I can give it only to a prospective renter. The floor has been upgraded to a wooden floor and it has a private balcony. It's close to shopping mall/businesses and has an easy access to highways. And a laundry unit is inside the unit. The price is low, $1700, and all utilities are included like a hotel (HOA, water, garbage, sewage, electricity and internet), because I'm going to keep my stuff in the master bedroom and stay there about 30 days a year. So, it's like you'll stay there alone almost all year around, but have a roommate for only about a month, on my off days. So, I'd prefer a single, stable person who wants to save on rent, while enjoying the property alone for long term. Someone who doesn't have a pet . Sorry but I have an allergy. Utilities: All utilities, including HOA fees, water, sewage, garbage, electricity, and internet, are included. However, there is a cap on the electricity bill: $55 for six months (spring/fall) and $85 for six months (winter/summer). If the bill exceeds these limits, the renter will be responsible for the difference. Pets/Smoking: No pets or smoking of any kind are allowed. Furnishing: I'm flexible with the furnishing options.
