    For sale is our beautiful home in Southern Vermont. Approximately 20 minutes from MT. Snow SkI Resort. The house sits in the Village of Jacksonville, but far enough off of the road for plenty of privacy. Starting outdoors, we sit on about 2 acres of property. Full size inground pool with slide and diving board. Always well kept( just replaced filter and pump this year) Up toward the top of the driveway is a 4 bay spacious pole barn, which could easily be made into an enclosed 4 bar garage if desired. Plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles. This house appears to be smaller looking from the outside, until you walk in. The first floor has a very spacious kitchen with a catherdral ceiling, black granite countertop and oak cabinets. Off of the kitchen sits a nice little porch that overlooks the pool and also gives you acess to the street. There is a large dining room, living room, 1 full bath and a 1/4 bath off the kitchen. Down the hall from the dining room are 3 bedrooms each with their own closets. There is a very large basement, and just past that there is an addition that we turned into our master bedroom( which could be turned into an appartment if renting is desired) This 400 sq ft master bedroom has a walk in closet as well a 3/4 bath and also has sliding glass doors that open up onto a deck. The master bedroom sits above a 2 bay garage next to the road. And also has a seperate service ( utility hookup) if you decide to rent. Pictures do not do this house justice and needs to be appriciated in person. The house sits on a CMU block foundation, with the addition having a poured foundation. Basment stays nice and dry year round. On top of the additions roof are 3 large solar panels that provide hot water. Works very well! House used oil heat with a forced hot air system with the option of turning off zones that are not needed. Please feel free to call with any questions. House is on town water and septic.
