Our home might pose accessibility challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs. ::OTHER DETAILS:: Our home is situated on the quiet northern tip of Bethany Beach. Our home is conveniently located in the middle of it all! Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches are a short drive north while the town of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are directly to our south. Tower Shores beach is a private, non-guarded beach. All renters and their guests should swim at their own risk. There is a handicapped accessible ramp at Dune Road. While we do offer high speed Wi-Fi, outages may occur in the area. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hot spot. Pets are NOT allowed IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All renters will be required to provide a valid ID that matches the name of the person that made the reservation and a "selfie". Check in information will not be given out until that is received. SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED. Must be 25 years of age to sign lease. Parking: - 2 cars max per Unit (no community parking) - Parking spots are located on both sides of the front door paver walkway (see photo). - There is overflow parking located in gravel lot behind our unit. This is first come first served. - Illegally parked cars will be towed. ** If towed, please call MAG Towing to collect your car at your own expense ** PEST CONTROL NOTE: Our home sits in a beachside community. Our setting results in some pests wanting to enjoy the house as much as you! Please keep doors closed at all times to prevent bug break-ins! Rest assured, we do our absolute best to take care of unwanted guests: we are on regularly scheduled pest control maintenance, and our house is professionally cleaned after every guest to ensure sanitary conditions. ADDITIONAL RULES: - Renters must properly dispose of all trash on a daily (as needed) basis - NO PETS - Community is quiet after 10:00PM - No fireworks - No bonfires on the beach - No fishing on the beach - No smoking/vaping on the premises, including rooftop deck and private beach ($500 fine plus remedial charges). - No overnight sleeping or camping on the beach. - No glass containers on the beach. - Towels or blankets may not be hung over the rooftop deck balcony. - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES- Renters will be charged even if no damage is caused. - No extra guests allowed over occupancy - Cancellation policy is non-negotiable. We highly recommend participating in a travel protection plan or another third party travel Insurance company for unforeseen circumstances.
