People ask how many parking spaces are included, currently 0 are included, I've considered changing the ad to include them, but I would have to raise the rent to cover paying for the parking beside the building which is 85 dollars per month the last time I checked, I don't own the lot and would have to pay for parking. Some people need 1 spot, some people need 0 spots, and others need more, so I feel like it is best to not include the parking.
