Gather the family for a meal in your well-appointed kitchen, full of everything you need to prepare and plate a meal. Take the party outside, fire up the grill and cook up a feast while you play a game of poker out back or simply enjoy the scenery from your front deck. No matter where you are in the home, you're bound to find comfort, relaxation, and fun! Street parking only. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours advanced notice. Nearby attractions include Balboa Park, Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo, Spanish Village Art Center, Little Italy, San Diego Seaworld, Gaslamp Quarters, Waterfront Park, Mission Brewery, Omnia Nightclub, The Morning After, Lucha Libre Taco Shop, Biga, Coronado Golf Course, and La Jolla Cove (30 min drive). This home does not have AC. This home shares a lot with another property, but you will have the full house to yourself. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. We do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property. This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. If violations occur, you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce this. Deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
