Duplex in a cul-de-sac with off street parking. Located in North Everett off of Marine Dr. Home is currently occupied so please respect the current residents privacy. Tenant is responsible for utilities including electric, and garbage. Landlord is responsible for water/sewer. One dog is allowed with a pet deposit, no cats. No smoking in the home, this includes the garage, but smoking on the property is allowed. One year lease that transfers month to month after. Tenant must provide their own washer and dryer. For move in fees, security deposit plus first months rent is required. All applicants are required to pay a $50 application fee per adult. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports from zillow. Our requirements are: Good credit. Combined gross income needs to be 3 times the rent. Debt payments may be counted against your income. Good rental history. Clean criminal record. No recent bankruptcies. No excessive debt payments. Must be able to verify residency with current landlord. - Applications are processed as they are received and the first approved applicant is offered the rental. Note: all applicants need to be finished applying before any approval will be given. If another applicant finishes before you then they are now considered ahead of you in line. - Once your application is approved, we will offer you the rental. You have 24 hours to pay the security deposit in full and take the unit off the market. If you do not pay within the 24 hours then we will offer the home to the next qualified applicant. You must be willing to start the lease within 10 days of applying if the property is vacant at the time of application. If property is not available until a future date, you must be willing to start a lease within 10 days of the availability date. If you fail to sign the lease and pay first months rent by the agreed date, you will forfeit the deposit and we will place the rental back on the market.
