Our office hours are M-Th, 10-3 and Fri, 10-1. Therefore, the latest you can take a key M-Th is 2:00 so that you have it back by 3. And the latest you can take a key on Friday is 12:00 so that you have it back by 1. 1. View the property. 2. Fill out application and pay $20 app fee per adult. 3. Provide proof of income. 4. Monthly income must be three times the rent. 5. Cannot have judgments for not paying rent, utility bills or power bills. 6. Security Deposit is the same as first months rent Security Deposit is due within 2 days of being approved and that holds the property for up to 3 weeks. At that point you pay your first months rent and move in. There is a $20/application fee per adult. No pets allowed.
