owner will provide refrigerator if needed and pays the yearly irrigation fee and the yearly homeowners fee ( access to parks). Renter will pay all utilities. Limit of one family only, visitors limited to not more than 10 days in one year. Small pets with owners permission only, no smoking in building. Maintaining the landscaping is required with mowing and watering. Parking in garage, driveway and street only. Any and all repairs will first be refered to the owner.
