It is 2.5 miles from the French Quarter and Frenchman Street, 1 mile to the New Orleans Museum of Art, and 1 mile to the Fair Grounds. All guests are welcome All utilities included, including a monthly cleaning by a specialized cleaning company. This is a pet-friendly home, but guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and for paying and extra fee for the cleaning (I hire a professional cleaning company to take care of cleaning and disinfecting). No smoking allowed.
