Room for rent in a two-story home. All bedrooms are upstairs, and I have two rooms available for rent. The rooms both have a walk-in closet and a ceiling fan. The rooms do not have a private bathroom; you will be sharing a bathroom with whomever ends up renting the other room. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, entry room, and upstairs loft. Kitchen has granite counter tops, downstairs area is laminate, upstairs area is fully carpeted. Upstairs carpet is new, and the bedrooms have not been lived in since it was installed. I own a cat, and I would prefer roommates without pets. If you have a pet that you think would be a good fit, I'm open to discussing that. Currently myself and one roommate living in the home. I'm a homebody PC gamer, and I WFH half the time. We don't have to be friends, just respectful of each others space and belongings. You're welcome to use anything in the common areas as long as you're respectful of it.
