Yard scheduled to be fully manicured and landscaped prior to move-in as well. 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in nice, quiet location on N Beacon Hill. 5 minute or less walk to the light rail, grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Corner lot with finished, private, fenced backyard and great views of the Cascades/Bellevue. Plenty of permitted street parking available (unlike Cap Hill, etc). This home is perfect for people with pets, particularly dogs. The backyard is fully fenced on a big double lot with plenty of room to run and roam, and there is a doggy door for easy access in and out of the house. As a Seattle resident and dog owner for over 20 years, I recognize how difficult it can be to find rental housing that is dog-friendly as well as low-maintenance for dogs. If you fall into this category, this house is perfect for you. Not accepting applications sight unseen. Please request a tour and we will extend you an invitation to apply after the tour. All newer appliances (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer). General yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant (lawn mowing, trimming, weed control, etc.). New electric lawnmower, weed whacker and leaf blower provided. Small garden area available as well. Well behaved pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. The home is divided into two separate units with two separate entrances. The upper level of the home is available for rent and has an entrance off 19th Ave. The lower unit has a separate entrance on Stevens St and is inhabited by another tenant. The downstairs tenant does not have access to the back yard or anything upstairs. NO smoking of any kind allowed indoors, including vaping. Please step outside to smoke in order to respect the downstairs tenant's right to a smoke-free indoor environment. 12-month lease with an option to sign another 12-month lease at the expiration of the original lease. Month-to-month lease at the conclusion of the first 12-month lease is negotiable. Utilities to be split between the upstairs and downstairs units. Utilities average $600 per month ($300 each for upstairs and downstairs). One of the three bedrooms does not have a closet (previous occupants have used it as a home office, guest bedroom, pantry, or for storage.) The property is unfurnished including the backyard area.
