Nice clean, updated apartment 100 yards from UH at Manoa Campus. Newer appliances, some fresh paint, new toilet seat, extra cabinets added. Quiet respectable place. I sometimes stay on site . My 1 bedroom apartment is located 100 yards from the UH at Manoa Campus. This apartment has recently been remolded and a new window AC Unit installed. The rent includes electric, Spectrum cable tv and Spectrum High Speed internet. Because the electric includes the exterior apartments lights, the the two washing machine coin units etc... I will allow up to a $250 dollar electric bill per month. The last tenant averaged about $155 in electric per month. Only one month was a little over $200. The apartment comes with an almost new fridge and stove, a microwave and new window coverings. The apartment is in a two story walkup with a total of seven apartments. NO PARTY ANIMALS NEEDED. I am not against parties or having a good time but this building isn't the place for one. All of my tenants are quiet and respectable.
