SOLD Neighborhood Description We love our next door neighbors. They are a great family. The neighborhood is spread out with oversized lots. You can have chickens and stuff like that if you like. You can work from your home as there are no deed restrictions here. Most of the people on our street have been here for years. My children all attended Golden Acres Elementary, even before the newer school was built. It has been a quiet, comfortable neighborhood for us. it still feels like a "small town" area to me. We will miss it. Husband has new job 5 hours from here.
