Two queen-sized beds, one set of bedding provided for each bed. Tenant is responsible for maintaining these in clean and good condition. 1 set of bathroom towels is also provided, as well as "starter" supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap, etc. Tenant is responsible for replacing these at the end of their stay. Property owner lives out of state, local property manager is available to address immediate issues. Apartment is available for month to month lease from September 1 to April 30 (short-term monthly lease). All utilities are included, as well as WiFi. There is absolutely no smoking of any substance inside the unit. Also no pets. Guest stays are limited to 3 nights. Parking is shared with the upstairs unit. If the upstairs is unoccupied the downstairs (Unit B) tenant can use the carport; if not there is one off-street parking space for the downstairs tenant. There are 2 off-street parking spots as well, but cars need to be moved for snowplowing and street-cleaning. Snow plowing is provided if it snows more than 4". The tenant(s) are responsible for shoveling walkways. Tenant(s) are also responsible to bring trash and recycling cans out on Tuesday nights and bring back into the carport by Wednesday afternoon (trash and recycling is shared with the two units).
