Full access to common area of house (kitchen with 2 refrigerators, sunroom with washer and dryer, living room, and backyard). No pets. No couples. One shared bathroom. The room is unique and does border a lot of the other rooms in the house so it may not be the most soundproof room, although the house is pretty quiet. The housemates: 1) a young man who goes to school and works full time. 2) traveling nurse (man) who will be there for about 3 more months until I find another housemate 3) traveling healthcare professional (man) who will be moving in soon and will be there for about 3-6+ months The house was built in 1950 but it is in generally great condition, clean, and the bathroom has been updated but there is some minor wear and tear. House cleaner cleans the common areas 2x/month so the house stays clean. I lived in this house with roommates for 3+ years. Great place to live!
