    Special opportunity here! What can I say? Plaza Midwood, Historic Charlotte Country Club area, Close to NODA? Easy peasy commute to Central Ave, downtown CLT, UNCC/University area, wherever you need to go, not a problem from this home. It does need updates and repairs so please check with your agent. The house is either about 2400 or 2011 heated sf depending on a wall unit that might provide heat to the recreation room at the back of the house where the rear door is located. There's a 25x25 separate, covered carport with additional storage at the side and back of it. Cabana by the pool has a full bath but it's not counted in the bathroom count here because we don't know if it's viable or not (seller has never lived here, it's an estate sale). Inside the house, there's a hot tub, a bar, a big wood burning fireplace (condition unknown), a front living room, a galley kitchen, 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms.
