this is new construction and never lived in it also has solar on the roof so the power bill should be lower than excepted. there are vinyl floors throughout and lots of closet space. appliances are all new there is a gas furnace in the ceiling and a mine split in the master bedroom owner pays- garbage renter pays- water and sewer, electric and gas
