We are looking for someone to either sub-lease our apartment until our lease is up at the end of June 2014 or there is an option to resign a new 1 year lease. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and in unit washer and dryer located in a separate small laundry/storage room in the unit. Nice size living room that is open to the dining room and kitchen. Heat and all utilities other than electric (we pay around $50 a month) are included in the rent. The building is a locked building with buzzer system. There is a pool and gym on site as well for renters to use free of charge. Dogs and cats are welcome. There is a large fenced doggy park right behind our building. Great location right off the Todd drive exit near bus stop.
