My 50's style apartment is available October 15. It is within walking distance to Allentown, D'youville, the medical corridor and downtown and is also on the downtown bus route . It has recently been updated and the apartment is on the second floor in a four unit building. Tenant pays for gas and electricity, landlord pays water and garbage. I live across the street from the building. The tenant pays for gas and electricity only, all other are paid by landlord.
