Stargate is best suited for 30 day vacation rentals for $2,500. ( Airbnb Earthship rentals are $500 (2 nights with the $ 125 cleaning fee. $2,500 dollars is reached in just 10 nights! Stargate has hosted artists, visionaries, folks seeking retreats, musicians, vacationers, seekers, mystics and has a rich history of storied guests. We currently consider short term tenants with good credit and references at $250 a night double occupancy with 2 night minimum. Heat and cook stove are propane and depending upon the season there will be expenses associated with this service. Additionally, water usage may require deliveries during dry years ...though the water collection system works well year round and if you are conservative, there is sufficient water for all seasons. Note that drinking water must be purchased in carboys from our local grocer. We prefer to have renters for 30 days as Stargate has small appliances and is best suited for shorter term/ temporary, vacation rental. Monthly lease is our goal with possible extension. We do like to get into the space often to make improvements and assure that Stargate's quality is top notch. We are looking for aesthetic individuals who appreciate design and are willing to remove shoes upon entering. We will consider vacation folks at $250 per night...2 night minimum.
