This beautifully appointed Studio is designed for relaxation and style, featuring an inviting king-size bed and interiors crafted by a talented designer for ultimate comfort and coastal charm. Located just steps from the pristine sands of Victoria Beach, you'll enjoy easy access to stunning shoreline views, tide pools, and peaceful seaside strolls. For evenings out, the acclaimed Drake restaurant is right next door, offering live jazz and fine dining just moments away. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a luxurious yet cozy getaway, the cottage offers all the essentials plus extras for a memorable stay. NOTE- We're located on PCH right across from the beach. Parking- 2 car tandem parking in our covered garage. BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: King size bed, 65" TV as well as a dresser. Living room as a pull out FULL couch HEAT/AC- Central Heat/NO AC. KITCHEN: Gather around in this inviting kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 4-burner gas range w/griddle, oven, microwave and more perfect for hosting family and friends around a gourmet experience at home! LIVING: Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have comfortable pull out sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65' Samsung TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. LOCATION: We're located on PCH right across from Victoria Beach and the famous Drake restaurant. The cottage is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note . - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Monthly Rental Rates: November-January- $4,000 February-March- $5,000 April- $6500 May- $8,000 June-August- $10,000 September-October- $8,000 Owner will entertain 6 months+.
