Sprinkler system for both the front and the back yard. This also has a sprinkler zone for gardening if you're interested in trying to garden. 2 Car garage is big enough to fit a full size f150. This is a nice quiet and safe neighborhood with great easy access to I-17 and Loop 101. 30 mins from Lake Pleasant. Easy to get to the I-10 and Fry's Marketplace in walking distance. This has great access to pretty much everything that you may need for your daily lives. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the home. However, this does have a great backyard covered patio to smoke on if need be. :) Side note: the two big grapefruit trees in the back yard are gone now. Renter will cover all utilities and yard maintenance (APS electric and city of phoenix water/sewage). If you have pets, there will be a $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Small dogs only, however, we can take it on a case by case basis. Front load Washer and Dryer will be provided but will be as is and will not be repaired by me should they break down. They are in good working condition now. I will cover the cost of pool service for maintenance and upkeep. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Every day past the 1st incurs a 50.00 late fee.
