This lot has been divided and currently has to homes on it that do not share a common wall or any common space each having their own driveway. The unit in the back is slightly smaller having one fewer rooms and a slightly different layout in the upstairs the unit up front has a closet for washer and dryer upstairs whilst the unit in the back does not. It's a completely new construction as of 2016. Both units have a one-car garage. Due to the nature of the lot division, technically we are a condo association but bylaws state that we will grow no bigger than two units. We have chosen to self-manage the HOA and as of today do not pay hoa dues.
